While Custom Gun Finishes was established in early 2009, Troy has been applying DuraCoat\u00ae since 2003. He is a former Marine with combat service in the Gulf in the early 1990s. He is an active or social member of Beckville Gun Club, Mifflin County Sportsmans Club, Valley View Gun Club, Tulpehocken Rifle and Pistol Club, Seltzer Gun Club, NRA, and NRA Business Alliance. He has also become a regular at the local Coal Cracker Detachment of the USMC League.<\/p>\n

Troy is a graduate of Basic Law Enforcement and has previously served as a police officer. He has extensive background in competitive shooting and a thorough knowledge of firearms and ammunition. He obtained an electro-mechanical technician (EMT) certificate in 2009\/10. Currently, he operates Custom Gun Finishes as a DuraCoat\u00ae Certified Finisher and an Authorized Dealer.<\/p>\n

Troy and his partner and wife, have both received certification from TWN Industries in water transfer printing, also known as camo dipping or hydrographics.<\/p>\n

Troy is a certified Glock\u00ae Armorer and can fill any of your needs for your Glock.<\/p>\n

Missy Dando helps run the shop and has attended the DuraCoat\u00ae class as an observer. She has a Master Decorator License from TWN Industries. \u00a0When it comes to questions on finishes, she can assist and guide you with your selection. \u00a0Missy actively participates in the USMC Ladies Auxiliary and same clubs as Troy. \u00a0She works full-time at Entech Engineering<\/a> for the past 25 years as an administrative technician\/office manager and runs the gun shop in evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
